  • Family Mediation (Government of Alberta)

    This free government program provides mediation services to parents who have at least one dependent child. Both parents must agree to participate in the program, and each parent must register.

  • Children’s Services Mediation Program (Government of Alberta)

    This free government program provides mediation services to families who are already involved with Children’s Services. If you already have a caseworker, reach out to them if you are interested in this program.

  • Maintenance Enforcement Program (MEP) (Government of Alberta)

    This free government program collects court-ordered child support and spousal/partner support, and enforces payment as needed. To access services, you must have an order or agreement about child support.

  • Indigenous Courtwork Program (Native Counselling Services of Alberta)

    Court workers in courthouses across Alberta provide free services to Indigenous people. Services include information about court and Children’s Services investigations and referrals to other support programs.
