Distress Line
Get confidential, non-judgmental and short-term crisis intervention if you or someone you know is in crisis. Phone is available 24 hours a day. Chat is available weekdays 6pm to 10am and weekends 12pm to 4pm.
Hospital
Get medical attention. If you have experienced sexual violence, ask for the Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) at the hospital. Go to the hospital nearest you.
Mental Health Help Line
Get confidential support, information and referrals if you are experiencing mental health concerns. Available 24 hours a day.

Report a crime, including family violence.

Many hotlines offer services translated into over 170 languages.
If you are dealing with government departments, hospitals or 911, you can request a translation service in your primary language to help you communicate your needs.
