    Find an office that specializes in services for Métis and Indigenous children, youth and families.

  • Hospital

    Get medical attention. If you have experienced sexual violence, ask for the Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) at the hospital. Go to the hospital nearest you.

    Find a shelter or confidentially speak with someone at a shelter near you. Available 24 hours a day.

    Find programs and services in your community, including shelters and social supports. Available 24 hours a day.

    Report a crime, including family violence. Search online for the non-emergency number for your local police or go to your local police station.
